The Flexx Handlebar E-MTB

Now built on a 35mm clamp diameter, the all alloy Flexx E-Mtb isolates your upper body from abuse and vibration, allowing you to ride longer and charge harder. Flexx Handlebars are tunable to your preferences, you control how soft or stiff the bar is.

Flexx Handlebars are precise in the steering path yet forgiving in the load path, yielding uncompromised control and abuse reduction. Flexx Handlebars provide the feedback of a traditional bar while taking the edge off of the abuse.

Made in the USA and built from 7075 aluminum, the pivot point is the back bone of our design and philosophy, providing rigidity to channel the abuse through the elastomers. Titanium pivot pins and hardware mate the components together and retain the elastomers.

All Flexx Handlebars will ship with natural titanium hardware. To purchase Black Ti, Oil Slick Ti, or Burnt Blue Ti hardware, CLICK HERE

Best Handlebar Ever

I've been running carbon bars for years for its famed vibration mitigation, but I still get hand numbness and fatigue in DH runs. I've even tried OneUp bars: but it still didn't help much. After enough research, I discovered Fasst Flex Bars and have them a shot.
It was a world of difference in vibration mitigation compared to carbon. The elastomers do a way better job at absorbing vibration of both small and high speed trail chatter. For the first time, I don't get hand numbness and fatigue anymore.
The bars come with different elastomers with varying degrees of softness in how much flex you need. I've kept it at the stock elastomer, as it's recommended for more aggressive riders: stiff, but enough flex for dampening. I ordered the 12° backsweep, and that makes a world of difference in how your hand sits comfortably in the bars.
Setup is simple, but you must run the bars direction of flex must be in line with your fork. I had typically ran my bar rolled forward to increase reach and rise, so following these directions shortened both, especially since I ordered the 12° backsweep. I compensated by installing a Renthal Apex 60mm with a 6° rise, and that helped with the reach (but I wish the rise was a bit higher). The bars come in 800mm, but I cut them down to 760mm: cutting them didn't affect my leverage on the bars during flex so I still kept the stock elastomer.
Overall, it's the best bar I've ever had. Though a bit pricy, it's worth every penny for the best vibration mitigation bar that eliminates hand fatigue. Heavier than most bars, but in an ebike it doesn't matter.
(My only wish is if they make a 40mm rise, I'd gladly buy it)

If you're reading the reviews you're still wondering....

These bars are amazing, no other way to say it. I've been running them for a season and a half on my Yeti 160e, a big heavy ebike. Shoulder and wrist pain went away within days, and the ability to tune the bars to your riding style is excellent. If you ride aggressively, sooner or later your body lets you know it's time for a break. These bars extend your season and are burly enough to handle any terrain.

Rocky Mountains

I ride back country in Montana. These handlebars have completely boosted my confidence, and I can go way farther with no arm pump. I still can hardly believe it. These bars are insane. It will change your life forever.
