| Returns must be made through the point of purchase of the product and are only available to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Before you purchase your Flexx MTB Handlebars through a dealer please be sure they are participating in our “Ride it, Believe it” guarantee program. If your dealer has questions or concerns please have them contact us. |
| You have a full 30 days from when you receive your Flexx MTB Handlebar to determine if you need to exchange or return it for any reason. Our 30-day return policy is only applicable for Flexx MTB Handlebars. Pre-owned/second hand Flexx MTB Handlebars are not eligible for returns. |
| Flexx MTB Handlebars must be received in working order with no modifications (including trimming bar width) or damage, due to fitment, abuse or neglect. The cost of any missing or damaged parts will be deducted from your refund. |
| Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from Fasst Company/Fasst MTB or the participating dealer. |
| We will refund the cost of the product only. We do not refund any shipping costs. If your product was originally shipped as "Free shipping" those original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. |
